About Kira

Kira and I have been married for approaching 10 years. In this time we have had up’s and down’s as any marriage has. I can honestly say she has been there for me and had patience with my struggles in life. Over the past 10 years I have seen Kira grow and develop with our mistakes. If I had to describe Kira with one phrase it would be that she is “persistently loving.”
 

Here are a few things that I enjoy about Kira.

• She is always making something for someone without being asked. (She sews for her hobby)
• Takes the time to read to the children and always is helping them with school.
•  Encourages the kids to prepare for higher education and look for their strengths.
•  Supports our family outdoor activities and uses these as building moments in our family.
•  Is willing to listen when anyone needs someone to talk to.

Although there are many more items that I believe Kira strives in, these were the top ones that I have found that come to mind.

With my rotating work schedule on the fire department I often wondered how Kira would ever find a hobby or work schedule that she enjoyed. She has a Nursing Job that works around my days off and allows me to sometimes hang out with the children while she gets a break. This I have noticed is a nice outlet for keeping her nursing skills and working only a few days per month.

The final thing that I would like to point out about Kira is her ability to adapt and overcome challenges. I believe this is something that she has developed over time and is constantly improving. When the kids or her family has had a problem, she always wants to figure out a way to overcome and move on to the next step. She is passionate about completing any task that she has been given.

Hopefully this letter helps you get to know my good wife Kira just a little bit better.
